Responding to quote requests
Quote requests on the front page are assignments posted by customers. When you find a suitable quote request, you can send a contact request through the company portal. The message is relayed to the customer via the service.
What a contact costs
Messages to the people behind quote requests are free for companies. The customer's contact details stay private: the service delivers your message to them securely.
- Your message is delivered to the customer who posted the quote request
- The customer can reply to you on the Messages page
- Your conversations are under Messages in the company portal
How contact works in practice
The aim is quick, clear contact. So that no customer's inbox gets flooded, you can send the same customer up to two messages a day. You can, for example, include your phone number and other direct contact details in your message, so the customer can get in touch with your company directly.
- Browse quote requests in your area on the front page or in the company portal
- Open a quote request, review the customer's needs and send a contact request
- Send your message – the customer gets a notice by email and can reply to you in the service
For customers and companies
Customers post quote requests from their own account, and companies respond to the ones that interest them. You can find the prices on the pricing page.
