Frequently asked questions
- Is posting a quote request really free?
- Yes. As a registered customer you can post one quote request per month free of charge, and you can add images to it. Further requests in the same month require the Verified badge (€5). A quote request stays visible for 30 days, and you can extend it for free with one click if you have not found anyone yet.
- Are my contact details shown publicly?
- No. Your email address and phone number are not shown in the quote request. Companies message you through the service relay, and you reply directly to whichever company you choose.
- What does the Verified badge do?
- The Verified badge lifts your quote request to the top of the list and tells companies that the request has been verified. The badge is also required for more than one quote request in the same month.
- Does the service cost companies anything?
- No. Service listings, your own company page and messages to customers are free for companies, and there are no monthly or yearly fees.
- How many service listings can a company publish?
- A company can keep up to 10 service listings published at once, and each listing holds 8 images. A listing stays visible until you remove it.
- Do the prices include VAT?
- Yes, all prices shown include 25.5% Finnish VAT. If you are buying for a company based in another EU country, you can enter your VAT number on the payment page – you then pay the price without VAT, and the receipt shows the number and the grounds for the exemption.
- What can I buy on the service?
- The only paid extra is the Verified badge for a quote request, which costs €5. Everything else – images, messages, service listings and the company page – is free. The price includes 25.5% VAT.
